Feeding on nectar from a variety of plants this chirpy yellow butterfly swiftly flutters from flower to flower on a warm summer’s day. Wirth touches of brilliant burnt orange/red sunbursts on it’s wings this swift flying creature belongs to the Pieridae family and is found in the tropical forests of Peru and as far north as southern USA.
