One gets the feeling that Brisbane based illustrator Cody Wood has a delightfully clear link between a childhood dream she once had and the brush in her hand today. Our Pigeonhole customers use words like ‘joyful’ and ‘gorgeous’ when stumbling upon her cards in store, and it’s easy to see why. It’s a world where wide-eyed and brightly coloured rainbows beam happy vibes, playful dogs run about, bears cuddle, and beetles play freely on springtime flowers. Created in her studio using both traditional and digital art techniques, Cody’s cheerful world, lucky for us, is a special place we’ve all been invited into.
