WHO IS NIB & NOBLE?
Founded by Joel and Claire in New South Wales, Nib & Noble was born from a love of chocolate and a desire to create something that’s as good for the soul as it is for the planet. Combining Joel’s background in process analysis with Claire’s expertise as a naturopath, they’ve crafted a range of organic drinking chocolates that are pure, simple, and ridiculously delicious. Using premium cacao sourced directly from farmers, every blend is free from artificial nasties and packed with the kind of rich, satisfying flavour that turns a regular cuppa into something worth savouring.

Nib & Noble’s very first recipe was inspired by a late-night craving for hot chocolate that turned into a kitchen experiment—complete with sticky countertops and a lot of taste-testing.
