Meet the Pigeons: Jack (Father's day edition)

To really get into the spirit of Father's Day, we thought we'd host a special "Meet The Pigeons" interview with our one and only Pigeon x Dad - Jack! We want to know all about what makes being a Dad (and a Pigeon!) so very special to him.

Firstly, this is actually the cutest picture we've ever seen. How long have you been with us at Pigeonhole and in what area?

7 years! In accounting.

So long now! What's your favourite part about working with Pigeonhole?

All the Pigeons are very friendly!

Do you have a favourite Pigeonhole products?

The vintage cameras and film.

Good choice, we love those too! What's one thing you have that you couldn't live without?

My daughter.

Aw, that's so sweet! What's it like being a Dad and a Pigeon at the same time? Busy?

It is pretty good! I do not work many hours for Pigeonhole, so it is quite manageable.

What's your favourite thing to do with your daughter?  

My favourite thing is watching movies with my daughter.

What do you think your daughter's favourite thing about having you as her dad?

I mostly work at home, so I pick up her and send her to school most days. I know her better than her mum. I know what she likes and what she does not like.

It sounds like you have a really special bond! What does an ideal Father's Day look like for you?

An ideal Father's Day is simply a nice dinner or breakfast with my family.

Nice and relaxed! We like your style. What's the best Father's Day present you've ever received? 

I got a pencil case from my daughter last year. That is best present because she made it herself at school and on the pencil case is my daughter's cute picture.

That's so nice that she made it herself! Alright Jack, what's the best fatherly advise you have to pass on to everyone?

Spend time with your daughter or son as much as possible. They are grown up really fast, that time never comes back.
