Our take on Sriracha, but with bush citrus sass. She’s the perfect dance between bush citrus and ginger, fermented twang, and local eucalyptus honey. A red-hot all-rounder while staying light, bright, and zingy on your palette. Her bubbling two-week fermented habaneros give her an extra dimension of addictive flavour. Androgynous like David Bowie, you can take Citrusracha anywhere and put it on everything. She’s as good on burritos as she is on banh mi.
