Ah! The Monarch Butterfly, a true beauty in every sense of the word. Look at it. Glorious oranges, deep and haunting blacks, and spots of white to keep things fun. Wikipedia tells us that it was named after King William III of England, whose secondary title was Prince of Orange... and the butterfly has a lot of orange in it. Isn't that fun? It might named after a King but this bug is preserved and mounted at a bug sanctuary in QUEENSland.
