Pigeonhole chooses to use Australia Post for delivery of orders throughout Australia.
Please allow for 5-7 business days on all orders.
All shipping orders are a standard $10 postage. Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping (Australia only).
International freight can be done on a case-by-case scenario and is subject to an individual quote. For all international enquiries please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
All free shipping will be dispatched using standard posting methods.
Please contact us if you a require your order by a certain date (i.e If it's for an event or gift etc.)
We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post. If you have any issues with lost or broken items (as that can sometimes happen in the post), feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Terms of Sale
By placing an order for any goods on our website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods plus postage.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you wish to cancel due to an error and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a partial refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the total cost of the goods; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost under 'Shipping' and 'GST'.
We appoint POLi Payments as our third party billing agent to invoice and collect payment for the goods you are purchasing on our behalf on this website, and this will appear on your transaction history if you pay by credit or debit card. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods.
Upon receiving your order, our billing agent carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.
Returns and Collections
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase please contact Pigeonhole and we will workout a solution for you. Please contact Pigeonhole within 14 days of purchase.
The customer is to pay for any return of items unless agreed too otherwise by Pigeonhole.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Pigeonhole.
Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage if the products are covered by a warranty. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the product is covered by a warranty.
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
At Pigeonhole we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you.
Pigeonhole respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles.
You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers, is protected and never disclosed to third parties. We do not store credit card information.
Pigeonhole does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use it in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify customer demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its website and its services but not for any other use.
Pigeonhole will only disclose information in good faith and where it is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights of our property.
